My name is Isabel Emilie Gonzales
As an introverted artist, early on I thought it was a fact of life that I had to take jobs I didn’t like, work harder than I had the capacity to do, and make sacrifices to get ahead.
I feared being financially dependent which further pushed me to work extra hard. I had 4 jobs at one point because I was operating on the idea of “no pain, no gain.”
The grind was unreal.
I was convinced that I had to earn my keep, climb the ladder and break the glass ceiling from day 1. In an effort to avoid failure, disappointment and even starting over, I had to keep striving for the next level.
I sacrificed everything: I sustained multiple injuries at work, lost sleep, never scheduled time alone, neglected relationships--eventually affecting my physical and mental health and emotional wellbeing.
I made myself too available and too agreeable. Being overly accommodating resulted in me stifling my own truth in order to make others happy at work and at home.
I pushed aside my values and self worth in the name of someone else’s dream.
Throughout all of this, I had this constant nagging feeling in my heart that there was so much more out there for me, for all of us.
I’ve always felt a deep connection with the universe, knowing that abundance is limitless. At first, as I attempted to align myself with this energy, I was doing it from a scarcity mindset. The idea of running out of money and wasting resources resulted in me grasping at anything accessible rather than what was in alignment for me. I felt this deep knowing; “you’re doing it wrong.”
I was right. The life I truly desired, the lifestyle I knew I was meant to have, was not in my path as long as I kept living this way.
After a potent series of unfortunate events punctuated by the pandemic, I was given the opportunity to look at how I was living my life in greater detail and decided to listen to that voice inside of me that said, “You’re meant for something greater than what you’ve endured. This isn’t it for you.”

I dialed into my intuition and started my own business:

How can I benefit from the Soulful Success coaching program?
This program offers a framework for you to decolonize your way of thinking and existing. As we shift away from a patriarchal, capitalist, productivity driven society, by following this program, we collectively enter into a space where we are listening deeply to our intuition, we are living our truths and are showing up authentically, 100% of the time.
Soulful Success Coaching isn’t about following a religion or dogmatic framework, but rather enriching your connection to your higher self. Here you will learn how to connect and communicate with different aspects of the self, identify what is holding you back and create a way to move forward.

This program is only for those who are 100% ready and committed to changing their lives and how they navigate this world!
How much time do I need to devote each week?
Outside of the weekly 45 minute coaching sessions, spending an extra hour minimum per week on the module is suggested as you will be guided to complete certain exercises on your own as well as develop new habits, routines and rituals to facilitate your transition into a more aligned way of living.
Who is this NOT for?
This isn't for people who aren't fully committed to doing the transformational work required of them in order to be successful. If that sounds like you, then this program likely won't be of service to you - I can only meet you halfway.

Is Soulful Success customizable?
Yes! I have a framework for the 16-week program that works well; however I take into consideration where you are on your journey and modify the exercises as needed.
I am Christian and my family is very religious. Will this program detract from my religious practices?
These exercises are not extracted from any one religion but rather are concepts that foster personal growth. Simply becoming more curious about the self is the main objective throughout this program. Some of these exercises might even enhance your relationship with your religion as they promote awareness, mindfulness and connection.
What type of results can I expect from Soulful Success?
By processing emotions and thought patterns surrounding major themes like inner child, shadow self, money relationship and the subtle bodies, you will make moves from a more grounded and informed space, mastering your intuition and attracting the level of abundance and success that you desire.
You will also learn practical skills, breathwork, mindset techniques, etc. that will help you navigate hardship, feeling confident to overcome anything life puts in your path.
How do I know if this is right for me?
In all honesty, you just know, you know? Trust your gut, your intuition, listen to your heart. You will know.
Soulful Success Coaching is for anyone who feels this is in alignment for them, however my passion lies in supporting women, people of color and the LGBTQ+ communities.
