Why it works

I am a certified yoga teacher and have been practicing yoga for over 18 years. I’ve broken bones, sustained a few RSI’s (Repetitive Stress Injury) and at one point was advised to get on disability. Permanently.

After exhausting Physical Therapy, I decided that wasn’t my path and turned to yoga to heal. I can honestly say that yoga saved my life. It took a lot of trial and error, hope and faith, but over time, I got my strength and mobility back.

My experience motivates me to meet you where you are: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I want to work with you whether your motivation for private lessons is purely to get fit or seeking a deeper universal connection.
